Debbie Digby
Debbie has been involved in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years starting as an apprentice at the Robert Fielding group of salons in London. She opened her first salon, Feathers, in 1987, and in her first year of business paid herself less than two of her stylists, even though she was working six days a week and bringing in 50% of the income. Knowing things couldn't continue as they were. She was introduced to Leslie Spears, founder of Three·Six·Five and "all the pieces fell into place."
Today, Feathers is a four salon award winning group and Debbie remains the Founder Partner and the majority shareholder.
Due to her immense success implementing the Three·Six·Five program, Debbie became the first female Lecturer for the club in 1993 and in 1995 was part of the team that launched Three·Six·Five into the USA and Australia.
In 2000 Debbie joined Salon Success as its Director of Education and in 2002 led the team that launched Paul Mitchell® The Color into 23 European countries.
Now based in Tampa, Florida, She divides her time between her various international business interests and has become a well respected and listened to figure in the industry.
She maintains a passion to share with Salon Owners and hairstylists what she herself has learned, so they may discover and implement their own successful strategies.
