2. By using and/or shopping on the Joy4u.com website you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Joy4u.com is an electronic magazine for selected up-market hairdressers published by Joy Limited and available to all subscribers. Joy4u.com also provides educational and meeting material.

4. Subscriptions to Joy4u.com are for 12 months, renewable annually: the yearly cost can be found under the heading Annual Subscription on the home page of Joy4u.com.

5. By subscribing to Joy4u.com you agree that Joy4u educational and meeting materials are intended for use in your business only and are not for re-sale nor may they be given away. Joy Limited may in its absolute discretion refuse to accept any subscription and may cancel any subscription by giving 30 days notice. Joy Limited is not obliged to give any reason for any refusal or cancellation of any subscription. Joy Limited may refund (up to a maximum of 50%) a part of any subscription so refused or cancelled.

6. You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving written prior notice to Joy Limited of your intentions so to do.

7. All information and materials available on Joy4u.com are the property of Joy Limited and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display this information and materials on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disc only and print such copies as you may require for your own commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the information or materials without the prior written permission of Joy Limited.

8. This website is directed only at subscribers accessing it from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada and Australia.

9. To register at Joy4u.com you must be over 18 years of age and you must register on the Joy4u.com website; you must ensure that the information provided by you on registration is correct and you must update the website immediately with any changes to that information.

10. Shopping at Joy4u.com is subject to the “Terms of Sale” set out in the “Terms & Conditions” section of the website.

RETURNS POLICY

11. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase of Goods through the Joy4u.com website you have the right to cancel within 7 days after the date of delivery of the Goods providing you contact the Returns Department via email on info@JoyLtd.co.uk with details of the order number and Goods that you wish to return. You do not have to give a reason for returning the Goods.

12. This Returns Policy does not apply to electronic material.

PAYMENT

15. Payment for Goods can be made by Mastercard, Visa Credit, Debit, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron cards.

AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE

16. Joy Limited cannot guarantee that the website services will be fault free. If a fault occurs within the website please report it to Joy Limited at info@rjoy4u.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

17. Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we can.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18. If we are in breach of these General Terms and Conditions we will only be responsible for any losses suffered by you as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence at the time of use of the website. Joy Limited’s liability shall not in any event include any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever and the entire liability of Joy Limited shall not exceed the amount of the subscription.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

19. The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England, and the Buyer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
