Thank you. I enjoyed the energy it must have taken to provide us with this course and the topics you choose to address of both days. I am always eager to look for help and guidance with coaching so the new insight with John was great. So I am off home with lots of new tools in my box.

The whole two days were very interesting.  I've never been inspired so much.  Motivation to me is key to drive for my goals.  John Neal was very easy to listen to and gain knowledge from.  My salons will be very easy to talk about how to raise their expectations.

Have had a fantastic time, have got loads of information and some great ideas for team motivation, team meetings and a real insight of what other salons are doing right now.  Enjoyed the guest speaker and got a lot from him.  Shame other speaker couldn't come but very well dealt with and still fantastic material even in crisis mode!  Looking forward to the next one.

Our expectation is always high.  But honestly I believe you have exceeded that today.

Event run very professionally and subject matter was varied and informative. 

I guess in common with many people I particularly enjoyed the presentations by John Neal.  Many ideas to consider and discuss with the sales force to task them to engage with their customers (salons) and pass on learning's.

Hotel not as good as last time.  Room loads of problems - left list of complaints with reception - didn't say much except that they would pass it on...

Met and chatted with Alexandra.  Think Joy4u would really benefit from having someone visiting salons between 6 monthly meetings and think she has some good ideas.

John Neal was fantastic.
